Tilton Talk Review

Blues fans have their say…

That was the worst referees performance so far. Worse than Brentford – two stonewall penalties turned down, boro players constantly diving and in his ear and despite us having the most possession for the first time this season we blew it. Should have been 3-2.

I’ve tried really hard not to knock CAMP but Trueman should be given a GO.

On Vassell…A couple of touches (forgot he can actually head a ball pretty good) – linked up ok with Che but was a difficult game to really get into when we almost immediately have a goal away. Give him 4 games and I’m sure he will be ready to bang in the winner against the scum

I’d be more concerned about how ineffective mags and jota were for most of the game – need to get them back into the form they showed early on in the season.

You really can’t slag any of our players down we’re BIRMINGHAM city and we fight till the end. On to the next game lads, let’s do this and prove all the haters wrong. Great to see Vassell back. Let’s forget today and go again, we’ve got a great management team and team spirit.

Was it a mistake by Gary Monk today taking off Maikel Kieftenbeld and bringing on Isaac Vassell ?
Not long after they scored and seemed we could not cope with boro’s midfield playing balls behind our defence as our little running terrier Kieft normally breaks it up.

First half we never got going which is creeping in for a few games now at home .
Also I think the teams we play are all over Jukey now with 1 or 2 defenders really leaning on his back as he tries to hold or flick a ball with his head, think now Vassell is back we need to mix the attack up a bit as it seems a bit the same and teams are wise to it and sticking to a gameplan.

Usual blind or anti BCFC linesman and ref also , blatant foul on Che for a penalty from where I was sitting.
