Robert Tesche has today completed a move to German side VFL Bochum.
The German midfielder initially joined Blues on loan in 2015. Tesche became a regular under Gary Rowett that year, but returned to Forest the following season.
In summer 2016, Tesche joined Blues on a permanent deal, however his game time was limited.
After a successful spell with Bochum last campaign, the Bundesliga 2 side have opted to make the move a permanent one.
The 31 year old’s departure means Blues have David Davis, Maikel Kieftenbeld, Craig Gardner and Cheikh Ndoye in the midfield ranks.
Garry Monk will be looking to add to the options he has in the centre of midfield.
