Sunday 28th May, from 11am at The Royal George
A group of Blues fans from the TA are putting on a family fun day to help raise money for former Blues player Joey Hutchinson.
Joey, a farther of two, suffered life changing injuries as a result of an accident on holiday and has been left paralysed and needing constant care. On 6th May, Blues held a charity game at St Andrews with a host of ex Blues stars as a fundraiser for Joey. Now the TA have decided us fans can do something to.
On Sunday 28th May, from 11am until late, at The Royal George there will be a bouncy castle, face painting, live music, a burger van and a raffle with some fantastic prizes. There will be signed shirts from present and past players, along with boxing gloves signed by Frankie Gavin, Sam Eggington, Wayne Elcock and Birmingham’s first world champion Kal Yafai.
So come down to The George, even if it’s just for an hour, and show your support to one of our own and have a great afternoon too.
