BLUES COLLECTIVE
Wednesday 12th August
Today, after discussing with @The_FSF, Blues Collective opened discussions with Brentford FC in relation to them taking the decision to postpone the up and coming championship league fixture on 18th August. We understand it was their decision to call the game off and therefore Blues Collective feel that they have a duty of care to BLUES supporters who have paid for their travel .
With this in mind Blues Collective await Brentford’s final response and we are hoping to have an announcement very soon.
It has been a long day of negotiating with various bodies but we are quietly confident that a positive outcome will be reached tomorrow. Birmingham City FC have already announced that tickets will be valid for the next fixture and fully reimbursed if fans are unable to attend.
UPDATE
Thursday 13th August
Blues Collective wish to thank Brentford FC for their consideration for our travelling Bluenoses.
As far as we know this is a football first and we commend Brentford FC for leading by example and putting FANS FIRST. KRO
