Lee Clark takes his men to Elland Road tomorrow to face Leeds United. Blues looked dead and buried on Tuesday night at Millwall, but came back from 3-0 down to earn a point, and in the end, they were unfortunate not to win the game.
Jonathan Spector has an outside chance of making the squad after pulling his thigh in a game that he was also sent off. Peter Lovenkrands will miss out as his groin injury has not yet fully healed. Ben Gordon and Pablo Ibanez are both making good progress, but won’t travel to Leeds. Papa Bouba Diop may make his debut.
Leeds drew with Charlton on Tuesday in front of their lowest league crowd in years of just 17,484. Neil Warnock has said he is expecting Elland Road to be buzzing for the visit of Birmingham. Lee Peltier and Rodolph Austin are both doubtful.
Last time at Elland Road, Blues, or should that be Nikola Zigic, trounced the home side 4-1, with the big Serbian netting all four. It won’t be as easy this time round as Blues look for a much needed win.
